Consultation
For parents
We are always available to discuss concerns or questions you may
have around your child and Occupational Therapy.
Schools
Both of our therapists are available to collaborate with you on issues around
student’s handwriting, fine motor skills, sensory processing or classroom performance.
Evaluations
Using standardized assessments as well as clinical observations, we provide a
comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation of a child’s fine motor, self care, sensory
processing, social and developmental abilities.
We are available for Independent Educational Evaluations on an individual school district basis.
Treatment
At this time, we are only providing OT treatment to RCEB clients and a very limited
number of private clients. Domenique is available to see students at California School for the
Deaf if cleared by district and CSD.
ABOUT
Domenique Embrey
OTD MS OTR/L
Occupational Therapist with over 30 years’
experience. She has worked extensively with
children from birth through 18 years old. Ms.
Embrey has worked in public and private
schools, preschools, pediatric intensive care and
neonatal intensive care hospital units, as well as
private therapy clinics. She has experience in
mental health, developmental disabilities,
sensory processing difficulties, handwriting,
ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Down Syndrome,
and Dyslexia. She currently teaches at Samuel Merritt
University and works with individual clients.
Andrea Hancock
OTR/L
Andrea Hancock is an Occupational Therapist with 30 years experience. She has worked with children from birth to 18 years old. Andrea has worked in the school district, privately, and in a pediatric therapy clinic. She has experience with developmental disabilities, hand writing, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum, and sensory processing disorders. Andrea also has experience with water therapy, teaching swimming to special needs children, and is also fluent in Spanish.

Individual Therapy, school observations and IEP attendance
$120/hr to $200/hr.
Phone consults with teachers, doctors or other professionals
by appointment
Initial Evaluations include interview, review of previous assessments/diagnosis information, an Occupational Therapy standardized assessments, parent conference, and written report. Evaluations are billed at $120/hr. and typically take between 6-8 hours.
Billing
We do not take insurance at this time, but will provide you with a statement you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Billing is sent via email at the end of the month and payment by cash or check is expected prior to the first therapy session of the month.
